Wine Club

I certify that I am at least 21 years old and that an adult signature is required for delivery of wine.

I agree that my credit card on file will be charged automatically in advance of each shipment and that the purchase is non-refundable. Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our members we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.

I agree to notify the winery at least 30 days prior to a wine club charge date with any changes or cancellations. I agree that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (emails will be accepted).

I agree to keep my online account updated with a current address on file and that a flat rate shipping charge will be assessed for any wine that needs to be redirected to a new address location once shipping is in process.

I understand that any wine that has not been claimed for 30 days after the date that the credit card on file has been charged will be shipped to the address on file.

I understand that I am obligated to get 2 release before I am able to cancel my membership with written notice  (emails will be accepted). 

I understand that I am only allowed to skip 1/4 releases in a 12 month period.
